Defective or Incorrect Item:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours by sending an email to rxp.orders@gmail.com. We will promptly arrange for a reverse pickup. Once the returned product is received, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to validate the claim.

Upon approval as an eligible return, we will initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement. In cases where the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be promptly couriered back to you.
